Answers to the questions we are asked most often about orders, delivery, returns, payments and selling on PostTive. If your question is not here, our support team can help.
Sign in to your account and open Your Orders. Each order shows its current status and, once dispatched, the courier tracking details. Tracking information appears after the seller hands the parcel to the courier, which can take up to a day after dispatch is confirmed.
Delivery time depends on the seller's dispatch window and your location. Most orders are dispatched within two to four working days and delivered within three to seven working days after that. The product page shows the expected delivery date before you order.
Address changes are only possible before the seller dispatches the order. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel is with the courier the address cannot be changed.
PostTive is a marketplace with many independent sellers. If your order contains products from more than one seller, each seller dispatches their own parcel. The parcels may arrive on different days and each has its own tracking.
Cash on Delivery lets you pay the courier when the parcel arrives rather than paying online. It is available on eligible orders below a value threshold and in serviceable postal codes. Availability is shown at checkout.
Open Your Orders, select the order and choose the return option against the item. Returns are subject to the seller's return policy, which is shown on the product page. Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item.
A refund is processed once the returned item reaches the seller and passes inspection. The amount then takes three to seven working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment method. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Exchange availability depends on the seller and the product. Where exchange is not offered, return the item and place a new order for the size you need. Check the size guidance on the product page before ordering to reduce the chance of needing an exchange.
Report it through Your Orders within the return window and include photographs of the item and packaging. Damaged and incorrect items are resolved without the usual return conditions applying.
PostTive accepts major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery where eligible. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by established payment gateways over an encrypted connection. PostTive does not store your full card details.
Sellers set their own prices and can change them, and discounts run for limited periods. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
