Buyers may close their account through the Account section of the mobile application of the Platform. Buyers may also request deletion of their personal information by contacting the Grievance Officer. We may retain certain information as required by applicable laws or for legitimate purposes under this Privacy Policy. After the retention period, we will delete or anonymise the information. Anonymised data may be retained for legal compliance, security, analytical, or research purposes.
